Common troubles and elimination of winding machine:

1: Lifting body does not rise and fall

1. The limit switch is broken or the turntable count is formed as a switch: Replace

2. The power is not connected or missing phase: check the power supply

3. The motor is broken: replace the motor

4. The chain is broken or stuck: replace

5. Lifting body slider or PLG is bad: replacement

6. Adjust the inverter adjustment knob to the minimum position: adjust to the appropriate frequency

7. Emergency stop switch in stop position: open emergency stop switch

2: Stretch Film

1. The wound film has a broken or poor quality: replacement

2. The pre-stretching motor is not good: replace the motor

3. Microswitch failure or tension spring fatigue: replacement

4. The pre-stretched chain is detached or the sprocket is loose: re-install the chain or fasten the sprocket

5. The pre-pull motor speed does not match the turntable motor speed: adjust the speed between the two motors to match
