SMART WASP | Six-star mindset training journey, grateful growth, looking forward to the future

From December 2nd to December 4th, the company dedicated three working days to organize and sponsor over 30 core personnel from various departments to participate in the three-day, two-night Session 739 of the "Six-Star Attitude" Training Camp (focusing on love in the heart, gratitude in the mind, responsibility and perseverance on the shoulders, and loyalty and filial piety at one’s feet). This initiative reflects the company's and its leadership's deep commitment to and care for the growth and development of its employees.

Over the three days, lead instructor Wang Weizheng used immersive, scenario-based game designs to guide participants in learning and growing through joy and inspiration. This approach allowed them to gain valuable insights and apply what they learned to guide their future work and life. Throughout the training, the atmosphere alternated between bursts of laughter and moments of heartfelt tears.

Life is not meant to be tangled in worries; it is meant to bloom. If you ask me how I feel, my answer would be: bloom, bloom, and bloom.

During the training, we learned how to approach challenges in work and life with a more positive and open mindset. We also gained valuable skills in effectively communicating with colleagues, clients, and partners, while deepening our understanding of responsibility: acknowledgment and accountability. Through professional guidance, we not only improved our mental resilience and adaptability but also strengthened team collaboration and cohesion. We are confident that in our future work, we will face every challenge with greater enthusiasm and unwavering determination!
