SMART WASP | The PowerDekor Automation Assembly Line Project

With China famous trademark, China famous brand, national inspection exemption, China environmental mark certification and many other honors, in recent years, the business of PowerDekor flooring has developed rapidly. The brand positioning of "becoming a respected wood industry group in the world" coincides with the vision of "becoming a respected world-class enterprise" of Smart Wasp.

In order to improve efficiency and provide better service to customers, PowerDekor Flooring reached a cooperation with Smart Wasp in 2021 to plan an automated packaging assembly line project.

In March this year, three automated assembly line project equipment of the same specifications entered the Fujian factory of Shengxiang Flooring. In order to meet the production requirements of the PowerDekor, Smart Wasp brought the S300 online intelligent wrapping machine together with Maxtec MK300 automatic sword-piercing baler, King Kong KK01 stacking machine, as well as palletizers, angle guards, hoists, conveyor lines and many automated packaging equipment to the project site.

Recently, after the efforts of the Smart Wasp engineers, the equipment of the PowerDekor Floor Automation Assembly Line was smoothly linked, and entered the final stage of debugging, and the end is coming!

After the official delivery, the SMART WASP will help the production efficiency of the PowerDekor  to a higher level!
