How to Maintain Pallet Wrapping Equipment?

Many customers have purchased the pallet wrapping equipment, but they haven't been maintained in the process of using it all the year round. Good maintenance can guarantee the good performance of the equipment. Let's see how to maintain the pallet wrapping machine!

1. The inner and outer chains of the chain inside the pallet wrapping equipment frame should be lubricated. If the film frame moves up and down and there is jitter, it can be eliminated by tensioning the chain.

2. When the turntable becomes slow or slips, first open the turntable motor cover, loosen the four connecting bolts on the speed reducer mounting plate, and then adjust the two tension bolts evenly clockwise to achieve the required tension, the chain tension should be adjusted after 10-15 days.

3. When placing the package of goods, you should be as smooth and light as possible, so as not to deform the chassis or shorten the life of the machine.

4. The goods should be placed in the range of the turntable pallet wrapping machine's turntable. If the goods are too large, they should be within 100mm or in accordance with the actual space of the machine, otherwise, the machine may be damaged.

5. You should close the electrical cabinet, regularly clean, check the electrical components and electrical connections to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
