Smart Wasp have a production meeting schedule every Monday

Every Monday,SMART WASP will have a meeting together to discuss the production schedule.

Participants are general manager, production controller, workshop manager, departmental representatives.

The main discussion is about the DELIVERY TIME. Departmental representatives list customer’s request, 

communicate with workshop to arrange the schedule then get back to customer.

If have any questions, such as lack of material, production controller will feedback in time, 

general manager will make financial decision to solve to insure customer’s delivery time.
